Our dedicated team combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art CNC machining to create signature pieces. From our 25,000 sqft workshop in Vaughan, we serve clients nationwide, offering full project management from initial design to final installation. Services
CNC Cutting
Rowntree Custom Millwork specializes in expert CNC cutting and routing services for both industrial and residential applications. In addition to producing our own products, we extend our machining services to other companies and contractors, offering large-run and overflow relief work for custom cabinet shops.
Equipped with state-of-the-art CNC routers, we efficiently handle high-volume projects and custom jobs, resulting in cost savings for our clients. Operating with a cutting format of 5 ft x 12 ft and a vacuum hold-down system with 12 inches of clearance, our CNC department serves as the initial stage in our construction process. Utilizing advanced software that facilitates a seamless transition from design to machine, we ensure precision and minimize human error in cutting cabinet parts.Our capabilities include cutting soft aluminum metals, phenolics, plastic, wood products, and various other materials.

Solid Surface
Rowntree Custom Millwork is a certified manufacturer of solid surface products, working with leading suppliers such as Corian, Meganite, Wilsonart, and more. Solid surface materials are crafted in factories from a blend of bauxite, marble dust, acrylic or polyester resins, and pigments, resulting in exceptionally durable and non-porous surfaces. This versatility allows for a wide range of design possibilities in terms of colors and textures.
