Rowntree Custom Millwork offers expert services in CNC cut parts and  routing. We provide our clients with custom cutting for both industrial and residential applications. We have state of the art CNC router that allows us to handle high production projects as well as custom jobs. Our increased speed and quality translates into savings for our clients. We specialize in  parts cutting, CNC routing,  cutting soft aluminum metals, phenolics, plastic, wood products and other types of material.

Our CNC can accommodate 5 ft x 12 ft. cutting format and includes a vacuum hold down system with 12 inches of clearance.  

Our CNC department is the first step in our construction process. Our advanced software is completely “screen to machine.”  The approved design is electronically transferred to our CNC machine for cutting. This greatly reduces human error and improve the accuracy and quality of our cabinet parts.

Aside from machining our own products in house, we also offer machine services for other companies and contractors. We regularly provide large run and overflow relief work for other custom cabinet shops.
